Wild West India Tour
Take a look at the details of the tour itinerary: Wild West India Tour. The duration of this tour is 17 days and 16 nights.
Day 1:Arrival at Delhi at around or just before midnight. Night stay at a hotel in Delhi.
Day 2: A visit to the tourist attractions of Delhi. These are the Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, President House and the Qutub Minar. Spend the night in a hotel at Delhi.
Day 3: Take a flight to Ahmedabad from Delhi. Travel to Ahmedabad Dasada, it is a journey of 2 and a half hours. Drive through the Little Rann of Kutch to arrive at the Wild Ass Sanctuary, in order to see the Asiatic Wild Ass and other wild creatures as well. Night stay in a wildlife resort.
Day 4: Visit the Little Rann of Kutch. Activities for the fourth day include a tour of the Little Rann of Kutch and bird watching. Spend the night at a wildlife resort.
Day 5: Travel from Dasada to Gondal and on route, visit a few places such as the Surebder Nagar, Wadhwan and Chotila. It is a two hours journey. Night stay in a heritage hotel.
Day 6: Travel to Sasangir from Gondal and the duration of this journey is only two hours. Visit the Gir National Park. This park is well known all over India as it is the home to the Asiatic Lion. Have your lunch and after lunch, get ready for a visit to the National Park. Overnight stay at a lodge.
Day 7 – Day 8: Explore the Gir National Park, its definitely going to be a once in a lifetime experience. Spend the night in a lodge.
Day 9: Travel to Rajkot and it would take four hours. Take a flight to Mumbai from Rajkot. Arrival at the Mumbai airport in the afternoon. Night stay at a hotel in Mumbai.
Day 10: Board a flight from Mumbai to Hubli (a city in the state of Karnataka). Drive from Hubli to the Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary. Spend the afternoon at the sanctuary. Overnight stay at the Kali Wilderness Camp or at the wildlife resort.
Day 11: Enjoy your elephant ride at the sanctuary. Then get ready for a raft cruise, which would make your bird watching experience, the most memorable experience of your life.
Day 12: Travel to Goa and it’s a journey of five hours. Sightseeing in Goa. Night stay at a hotel in Goa.
Day 13 -Day 16: You can while away your time at Goa, by relaxing at the beach or at the hotel room. Explore the local markets as well as the shopping areas of Goa. Night stay at a hotel in Goa.
Day 17: Take a flight to Mumbai. From Mumbai, board a flight to be at a destination of your choice. |
