Sojourn in Goa



If you want to spend your holiday discovering the magnificence of Goa, then Sojourn of Goa tour will be a great experience for you. It is a 5 days and 4 nights tour to Goa.

Day 01 - Arrive Goa
On the first day of journey, you will arrive at the Dabolim Airport or Railway station, from where you will be transferred to the hotel. You can spend the day by enjoying some leisure work. Besides this, you can also visit the local tourist attractions of Panjim like St. Francis Church (the first European church in India) and Fort Aguada (a symbol of Portuguese rule in Goa). While enjoying a sightseeing tour to Panjim, you can also experience the awesome view of the waterfront at Panjim.

Day 02- Goa
The second day of the tour will spend by doing some leisure work on the Dona Paula beach. It is a famous beach of Goa and it got its name from famous personality Dona Paula de Menzes who was the daughter of the viceroy. Here you can enjoy various water sports like windsurfing, parasailing, water scooter, kayaking, water skiing, and yachting, etc. if you just want to relax on the golden sunny beach, then you can just laze on the sun soaked beach of the area. An overnight stay at the beach resort will end the day.

Day 03 – Goa – Panjim
The third day of the Sojourn in Goa starts with a visit to the local markets in Old Goa and Panjim. The market place of Old Goa is considered as best place to buy things like local wine Fenny. Goa is also widely known for its local handicraft items like bamboo work, terracotta, papier-mache, shell work, brassware, carved furniture, crochet, etc. all these art works are easily available at the Government and State Emporiums and also in the shopping stalls alongside the beach. You can collect some exclusive items from these shops.

Day 04 - Savoi - Panaji
It is the fourth day of the tour when tourists will proceed for a ‘Village Darshan tour’. In this tour, you will experience the original charm of rural Goa. During a sightseeing tour, you can visit some of the beautiful places of Goa that include Archaeological Survey of India Museum, Shri Devaki Krishna, Karmali Lake, and Ganapathi temple at Marcel. After a sightseeing tour, tourists will stopover at Verem and after having their lunch they will return to Panaji. An overnight stay at the beach resort will end the day.

Day 05 - Departure
After having your breakfast, you will have to transfer to Airport or Railway station to journey back home.
