Day 01: Delhi – Goa
Delhi is the capital of India, and is a home for powerful politicians and famous industrialists of the country. Also, the city has a lot of monuments and sites worth a visit. The architectural buildings and monuments speak of Mughal rule and architecture. After arrival at Delhi, the representatives transfer the tourists to an onward flight to Goa. The state is well known for its sun kissed beaches, the temples and the churches. The tourists can then enjoy an overnight stay at a hotel in Goa.
Day 02: Goa
After breakfast the tourists go ahead with the tour of Goa. The Goa tour includes visiting St. Catherine’s Church that is located in Old Goa; St. Cathedral is situated in Old Goa and is the oldest church in the entire Asia; St. Francis Xavier’s Church, the church is built of laterite mortar with a tiled roof. The tourists are then taken to the Miramar Beach in the evening and also to the fishing village better known as Dona Paula. You can also visit the Viceroy’s Arch during your stay in Goa.
Day 03: Goa
The third day is for relaxation and leisure while enjoying the re-creational facilities at the resort. Goa is one of the most sought out tourist destinations in India.
Day 04: Goa – Delhi – Mumbai
After an overnight stay the tourists have the choice to end their tour by going back to Delhi, the capital if India or they can proceed with the Goa Kerala tour by boarding the flight to Mumbai.
Day 05: Mumbai – Cochin
The representatives take the tourists to an onward flight from Mumbai to Cochin. It is better known as the Queen of the Arabian Sea. It is considered as the Gateway to Kerala. After the arrival at Cochin, the tourists are transferred to a hotel where they can enjoy the performances at the hotel in the evening continued with an overnight stay. You can also attend the Kathakali Dance function in the evening. The Kathakali dance stands apart from the other dances of India due to its unique expressions, the colorful masks and the paintings that are done on the face of the dancer.
Day 06: Cochin
Cochin is famous for its natural harbors. The Cochin tour includes visiting the Chinese fishing nets, Mattancherry Palace which is also known as the Dutch palace, Jewish Synagogue which is the only Jewish religious place in Cochin and the Cochin Fort is the place of the St. Francis church which was built in 1510 and in the afternoon the tourists just relax. After the tour the guests are taken to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 07: Cochin – Munnar
The tour then races its wheels towards Munnar. During their journey towards Munnar the tourists can also visit the fields of tea plantation. After arriving Munnar the tourists are taken to a resort where they can enjoy boating at the Munnar Lake and can also take pleasure in viewing the scene of the beautiful town. In the evening, they can spend some time in the markets and then return for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 08: Munnar
The eight day is given entirely to the tourists and they can spend the whole day at leisure visiting the local markets and the plantation areas, etc. Munnar was the most sought out summer resort of the erstwhile British rulers in the colonial days.
Day 09: Munnar – Periyar
After breakfast the tour proceeds to visit the National Park at Periyar. The tourists are made to stay in a nearby forest lodge and they can enjoy boating at the Periyar Lake or spend their time in the forest. In the evening the tourists are taken to Kumily market which is well known as the spice market and are then brought back to the resort for an overnight stay. Although the park is a tiger reserve, most of the tourists come here to see the elephants.
Day 10: Periyar – Kottayam
A traditional house boat is booked at Kottayam and the tourists are given backwater cruise traveling through the market, village and the paddy fields. The tourists stay overnight in the house boat.
Day 11: Alleppey – Kovalam
Alleppey is the backwater hub in Kerala. After arriving at Alleppey the tour proceeds with a drive to the city of Kovalam and after arriving, they are transferred to a hotel to spend the night there. Kovalam is the most sought out honeymoon destination in Kerala. The tourists can opt for the Ayurvedic massage packages. Kovalam is just 16 kms away from Trivandrum. The Kovalam beach is known as the "Paradise of the South".
Day 12: Kovalam
The whole day is provided to the tourists to enjoy at the beach town of Kovalam. The Veli Tourist Village – this village is especially popular amongst foreign tourists and allows you to experience a stay in the Indian villages, the Sankhumugham Beach and the Varkala Beach are some of the beaches you can explore.
Day 13: Kovalam
One can enjoy the day by availing the Ayurvedic massage with the herbal oil or can enjoy the day at leisure. Yoga (Indian way of meditation) centers are also plenty in Kovalam.
Day 14: Kovalam – Trivandrum – Mumbai
At the end of the tour, the tourists board a flight from the Trivandrum airport for Mumbai. Thiruvananthapuram is well connected by air, rail and road. There are air links to almost all the countries in the Gulf, besides being well connected to the rest of India. The rest of the day tourists can even go for shopping and they then proceed to towards the Mumbai International airport for their flight back home.
